Summer Outfit Faves and Notting Hill Brunches

This whole outfit cost £30?!..

Hello my beautiful friends!

So I thought I'd share with you today some of my favourite summer outfits, and then I'll lead you on to the lovely Farm Girl Cafe.

First up, I wanted to say that this outfit here was actually super cheap. Can we take a moment just to appreciate eBay for a sec?

I found this skirt on eBay for £2.50 plus £2.50 shipping (or something like that). A fiver! Brand new with tags from Boohoo. With eBay, it can be a bit of a hit and miss but if you look carefully you can find those hidden gems. Try being specific, and try being vague. Something like "pink midi skirt 8". Colour - check! Type of skirt - check! Size - check!
You never know what you'll find!

This lovely silky suede strap top is actually from Primark for.. yup you've guessed it. Another fiver. I mean come on, Primark is doing pretty well these days I'm not gonna lie. Also a bit of a hit and miss, but another place you can find hidden gems (although you'll find a lot more gems than stones these days compared to the olden days).

Finally, the heels and the bag. Yes. Primark again! Crazy! This bag was in total £9, and the heels were £10.
I cannot rave about these heels enough. They have been the most comfortable court shoes I have ever worn and have been happy to wear them all day on numerous occasions. Like any heels, by the end they do hurt but these are by far the most comfortable I've worn yet.
Obviously the watch is not included in this £30 snag, but this was a gift from Nathan for my birthday last year. Cutie!

I have loved wearing this outfit around this summer, and even pairing this skirt with different tops has been one of my go to outfits.

Next up, we have the sleeveless jacket.

Okay, now this is another slight bit of a bargain. Because I'm petite, cheeky, and always looking for a bargain, I always head into the 9/15 Generation in New Look. I saw this exact sleeveless jacket in the women's side of the shop for £22. Turns out it was a bit big for me. So I headed down to the Oxford Street New Look one day and went to their 9/15 section and lo and behold *choir sings*.

There it is. For £15. Ca-ching! It was the perfect size and will work for fall/winter as well. So, naturally, one has to buy such a thing.

If you're wondering where this wall is, it's called Sugarhouse Studios in Stratford. Isn't it adorable?

Anyways, there I go again with my pink heels. I should've totally bought a second pair!!
The top is also from Primark (also a fiver) and the jeans are from New Look (um £20?! I love New Look).

Fun fact - those glasses barely ever come off my head onto my eyes - I don't actually suit them very much but they look great on my head as an accessory lol.

Next we have the watermelon tshirt. Oh how I love this shirt. Again, from the 9/15 Generation in New Look, the watermelons beckoned me over to them and I couldn't walk out of that store without buying this top. I mean what's more summery than watermelons?!

And finally, my dreamy dress from Zara.
Oh how I love this dress.
I've had this dress for a couple of years now, and I can't put it down.

It's got the most beautiful back. Definitely my favourite thing about it.

So that day, we took a stroll around Notting Hill and I knew Farm Girl cafe was nearby and I just had to go there.
So Nathan and I walk in and we get a seat at one of the only two pink tables around (thank you God!).

Now, Farm Girl Cafe is slightly different to your normal cafe. It's healthy and fresh and also a take on an Australian cafe.
They serve Rose lattes (actual edible petals), coconut bacon (not actually bacon), and Pitaya bowls. YUM!
Pitaya is currently one of my favourite things. I'm ashamed to say I have yet to try Farm Girl's take on it, but I'm sure they do a wonderful job.

Anyways, Nathan and I both ordered the Berry Pancakes. However, he also ordered a side of Eggs on Sourdough toast.
The pancakes were made out of buckwheat, and were topped with berries, maple syrup, and coconut shavings. Delicious!

(I got cold)

I hear the sourdough toast is pretty great!

We also took a stroll around Portobello. Oh how I love Notting Hill!
Especially after having seen the movie, I've always loved it.

Unique little gems everywhere you go.

And pink cars and rose blossoms. Um can we live here please?!

Anyways that's it for now. We have many more brunches to conquer and pinks to see, of which I'll be updating you all on soon.

Love you all!

Gorgeous, Nataly! It just goes to show that you don't need to spend a bomb on designer clothes to look fabulous. Beautiful photos; I love the pink cherry blossom :)
